Refund policy

At Tysons Kitchen, all our treats and meal toppers/masalas are freshly handmade and prepared in small batches specially for your pets. Since our products are consumable and made-to-order, we maintain a strict no return policy for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Dog treats

  • Meal toppers / masalas

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Opened or delivered food items

Once an order is placed and prepared, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • Wrong item

  • Missing item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store credit

  • Refund (only in genuine cases approved by our team)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins

  • Once the order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer.
