At Tysons Kitchen, all our treats and meal toppers/masalas are freshly handmade and prepared in small batches after your order is placed to ensure maximum freshness and quality for your pets.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Since products are made-to-order, preparation time may vary during high order volumes or festive periods

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999

  • Standard shipping charges will apply on orders below the minimum free shipping value

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier partner updates for your shipment

Important Information

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are entered correctly while placing the order

  • Tysons Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address or unreachable phone numbers

  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional reshipping charges may apply

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or tampered:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and products

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution if applicable.
